I'm an AI Craftsman. I build AI-native systems — software with AI at the center.

Nearly 30 years writing production software in Python, TypeScript, C#, and .NET. Then in 2023, I spent four hours on a problem, fed it to ChatGPT, and got better code in thirty seconds. That was the “oh no” moment. I decided to embrace it.

My work lives at Conway Works — my personal engineering lab, where I design, build, and run production AI systems on self-hosted infrastructure. This site is where I track it: some shipped, some mid-flight, some still rattling around as ideas.

When I'm not coding, I'm in Folsom, CA with my wife Erin, our daughter, and Mango the cat.
